Demos made after hours on a 4 track at Ground Zero Coffee in Whittier. (Sorry, can not remember the name of the guy who made the recordings.) Ground Zero was discovered when Tammy and Roy were playing open mics. The guitar used on the demos was a Guild X-79. 5 songs recorded in one evening. Everything was done in one take. Roy coined the nickname, "One Take Tammy." Roy had previously recorded drum tracks with a drum machine and that is what you hear on the recording.

Dreamworld evolved from The Beat Birds and started playing out original material in the early 90's. They played in the LA pop scene (including IPO & Poptopia), and eventually became a cover band playing 4 hours a night. Dreamworld became Project Dreamworld with Lisa, Tammy, Roy and Jon.
